How does aromatherapy work?

Aromatherapy is available as an add-on to any Classic or Mediterranean session. You may choose one of two ways to bring scent into the hour.

Aroma Ritual — A short scent experience before the massage begins. An essential oil blend is released for you to inhale. No extra time is added.

Essential Oil Massage — Essential oils are used throughout the full-body massage. The blend is chosen with you at the start. No extra time is added.

The oil is a small amount, selected so the nervous system can settle rather than be crowded. If a note does not agree with you, we change it before the session begins.

What to expect during an aromatherapy massage

What should you expect?

You arrive a few minutes early and tell us your preferred pressure, tender areas, and whether you would like scent.

If you choose the Aroma Ritual, the scent experience happens briefly before the massage starts. Then the hour proceeds as a regular Classic or Mediterranean session.

If you choose the Essential Oil Massage, the blend is worked into the full-body sequence from the beginning.

The lights stay low. The room stays quiet. Tell us if you prefer little or no scent after all; we will adjust.

Can I skip a scent I dislike?

Yes. Share sensitivities or preferences when you arrive. We will choose a blend that feels right, or skip scent entirely.

Do packages cover the aromatherapy add-ons?

No. Packages cover the Classic or Mediterranean session only. Add-ons are not included.

Does either add-on add time to the session?

No. Both the Aroma Ritual and the Essential Oil Massage are added to the existing hour. No extra time is required.
